Technique for managing large lists

1. Separate into small lists
2. Create different views
- Library: Create folder, move files in Window Explore
- List: Create folder, move items in 'Content and Structure' view
3. Create index(s)
4. Create key filter
5. Use Datasheet view
6. Use Excel (one way synch), usually used for analysis
7. Workspace to work off line (two way synchronization)
8. Export to Access. Link export allows two ways synchronization
